This detached holiday home with private pool is the perfect place for lovers of space and tranquility. Here you will experience lots of privacy. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, mountains and the valley. Everywhere are fine lounge and seating areas. There is a covered lounge terrace, a spacious covered veranda with dining area, sun beds around the pool and a lovely lounge bed. Around Casa Balcon de Guardia are fruit trees. Taste the delicious figs and grapes. Taste the Andalusian atmosphere and unwind in Casa Balcon de Guardia. Within a 20-minute drive you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Salobrena and Motril. The beautiful city of Granada with the beloved Alhambra is a 45-minute drive away.

Eco-friendly

This holiday home runs entirely on solar and wind power, which means using electricity in a different way than you might be used to. Here you won't find power-hungry appliances like hairdryers, kettles or air conditioning. Instead, individual fans provide refreshment in every room.

And if you want to do some laundry, you can do that too! A washing machine is at your disposal. The owners kindly ask you to wash only when the sun shines.

Recently, there is drinking water and a nespresso machine.

LAYOUT CASA BALCON DE GUARDIA

Casa Balcon de Guardia is entirely on one level. The living-dining room with sitting area has two large patio doors to the veranda. There is a television with satellite receiver, home cinema set and DVD player. The open kitchen includes a gas stove (4-burners), refrigerator, freezer, oven, grill, blender, toaster and kitchen utensils. You can make delicious coffee in a bialetti percolator. The nice thing about Casa Balcon de Guardia is that this vacation home has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. All bedrooms have a double bed (200 x 160) and fan. There is a round bathroom en-suite in the tower of the house, a second en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom. All have a shower, toilet and sink. Board games, books and DVDs are also provided. There is a washing machine, although the owners ask that you only wash (cold or quick program) when the sun is shining and at times when the pool pump is not running (it runs between 12:00 and 14:00). Heating: there is underfloor heating and also a gas stove and wood stove.

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA BALCON DE GUARDIA

The outdoor life here is perfect! You never cease to marvel at the unique panoramic views. On sunny days, enjoy the private pool and lounge bed around the pool. If you are looking to cool off you can relax in the hammock or in the lounge under the spacious porch. There is a parasol and outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor toilet. Surrounding the terrace is a beautiful garden. Further away is a jeu de boules court. On the barbecue (gas) you can enjoy cooking outside. In the evening the garden is beautifully lit and you can see the twinkling lights of the villages in the distance. There is a private driveway with space for four cars.
